Unfortunately Mikaela and I have decided our run here at Julianna Guill Online must come to an end. While we still like her very much, we feel the lack of news and our other busy schedules are keeping us from enjoying the site right now. But since this is the only site for Julianna the site will remain online until further notice. However we’ll keep you posted if we find new owners.
For now, enjoy the last update on from Me. It’s two additional shots from Maxim earlier this year.
Friday the 13th will be released on DVD next Tuesday in an special edition, ‘The Killer Cut’ contains both the theatrical release and extended cut. Below you can check out an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip from the reboot’s forthcoming home DVD/Blu-ray release. Check back soon for screencaptures from the film and don’t forget Fired Up! also comes out on DVD tomorrow.
Julianna news is quiet other than the confirmation of Altitude nothing much is happening for us to report on. Next month her two most recent films come to DVD so be on the lookout for screencaps then.
For today I found a personal picture of Julianna, it looks like it might have been taken a few years ago when she was in college. I also added the teaser poster for Altitude.
I also want to mention, Costa Rican Summer seems to have been given a release date of July 16, 2009 .
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of Fired Up! on 9th June 2009. In this comedy, Ford High’ s star football players Shawn Colfax and Nick Brady scheme to ditch football camp so they can spend the summer surrounded by beautiful girls…at cheer camp.
Fired Up! is available on DVD (separate Rated and Unrated editions, $28.96 SRP each) and Blu-ray Disc (Unrated/Rated, $39.95 SRP) with features outlined below…
Warner Home Video have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of Friday the 13th on June 16th, 2009. In this remake a group of young adults discover a boarded up Camp Crystal Lake, where they soon encounter Jason Voorhees and his deadly intentions.
Available on DVD in Theatrical Edition (97mins, $28.98 SRP) and Extended Killer Cut (105mins, $28.98 SRP) versions and on Blu-ray Disc with both cuts ($35.99 SRP), features are outlined below…
According to this report, Julianna has lined up another film for herself. Apparently the movie has already been filmed but there are no other reports about her involvement that I have found, but in this article the director of the project confirms Miss Guill.
Altitude will be directed by Kaare Andrews and stars Jessica Lowndes of TV’s 90210 alongside Landon Liboiron, Jake Weary, Ryan Donowho and Julianna Guill. Filming for Altitude involved 18 days in that sawed-up light plane cabin, as well as two days of exteriors at Pitt Meadows and Langley airports.
“We’ve got Jessica Lowndes, she was the first person we cast. We kind of built the cast around her and she’s really awesome, really cool. She’s excited to be filming. Landon is from Alberta, Julianna, she was just on Friday the 13th.” - Kaare Andrews
After a mysterious malfunction sends their small plane climbing out of control, a rookie pilot and her four teenage friends find themselves trapped in a deadly showdown with a supernatural force.
“It’s really all on the actors. If they have the skills and the passion to bring it, then they will. It’s really a performance-based piece, five people in a confined space, everyone has to be on point. Jessica is our lead and we’ve built our cast around her, but it’s really an ensemble piece. Many times as a group we have to come together and find a way to do it. I like that stuff.” - Kaare Andrews
I wanted to let all of our loyal visitors know that this site will likely not be updated a whole lot until the end of April. I am going to be traveling and my internet access will be very minimal. But I will try and update the site as much as I can, if possible. Also this regards e-mail replies and comments approval. If the hiatus will last longer than a month, I will be sure to update on it again. But rest assured, I will update as soon as I can and if anything should break while I’m gone Mikaeala will keep you updated. :)
Meanwhile, check out here for the latest news and here for the newest images.
Check out two new additional images from the foxy Maxim shoot Miss Julianna recently took part in. Also we have some quotes from the article now.
The Girls of Friday the 13th
Describe your character Bree in Friday the 13th.
She’s all about having a good time, but she has a vindictive streak. She knows what she wants, and nothing will get in her way.
Is that a side of you we don’t know about?
I haven’t used my sexuality as much in real life as Bree does. I could have done so my whole life, but I haven’t. She’s more outgoing and freer than I am. I can do a Maxim shoot and be supersexy, but I’m also just a 21-year-old girl, and I look 17 sometimes.
In the original, couples are punished for shacking up.
Sex and punishment aren’t linked like in the first movie.
What other film projects do you have going?
My cheerleader part in Fired Up! is really funny. And I just did an independent that is going to be great. It’s called Five Star Day, and it stars Jena Malone.
If you weren’t an actress, what would you be?
I’d either be a homicide detective or an ER doctor. I may have missed the boat for the ER, but I could still go into homicide. I was on CSI, after all.
For the most part Julianna news is slow these days, so apologies for the lack in updates. Both her big films premiered last month so it’s gotten quiet.
But Julianna attended the Barbie’s 50th Birthday Party Held At The Real Barbie Dreamhouse in Malibu, California on March 9, 2009. She looked pretty in pink! Thanks to Annika for the heads up!
Julianna Guill and her Friday the 13th co-star Willa Ford are featured in the March 2009 issue of Maxim (Eliza Dushku cover)! She looks amazing in the shoot! Browse about to the gallery to view to smokin’ pics. Thanks to Hugo for the pictures! Maybe we will get some additional outtakes soon, check back!
